Board Membership

  • Completed Application for REALTOR Membership from Designated REALTOR & all licensees in your office wishing to use our MLS
  • A copy of IL real estate license (or 45-day permit) or appraisal license from all licensees in your office wishing to use our MLS
  • A copy of your business license
  • A Letter of Good Standing from your Primary Association from Designated REALTOR & all licensees in your office wishing to use our MLS
  • $600 New Board Office Fee from Designated REALTOR (Managing Broker/Appraiser)
  • Annual Dues pro-rated for the month joining (see Membership Dues Schedule) from Designated REALTOR & all licensees in your office wishing to use our MLS

Multiple Listing Service (MLS)

  • $600 Office Enrollment Fee from Designated REALTOR (Managing Broker/Appraiser)
  •  A New Member Orientation course on MLS policies and procedures must be completed within 90 days of joining
