Tickets are now on sale for the “Sold on Southern Illinois 2021 Awards” Reception. The reception event will be held at Legend’s at Walkers Bluff, located at 14250 Meridian Rd in Carterville, beginning at 6 pm.
The Awards committee has a special night planned to celebrate 2021 production based on Dollar Volume and/or Units Sold in the MLS. It will also feature hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.
Members who sold 15 units or more and/or sold $1 million or more will receive an award the night of the event.
EBOR’s Annual Traveling Awards – The Dog, member present with cheapest residential verified MLS sale; The Golden Pig, member present with highest residential verified MLS sale; The Frog Prince, most unusual transaction and Rookie of the Year, new agent nominated by managing broker- will be announced.
Rookie of the Year – Managing Brokers can nominate an agent, who joined their office in between Jan. 2021 and Dec. 2021, by writing a 500 word essay telling the committee why the agent should be named Rookie of the Year. Essays are to be submitted to frontdesk@egyptianboard.com by March 18. Entries will be judged by the Awards Committee.
Frog Prince – Agents can submit a 500 word or less essay about their most unusual transaction in 2021 for a chance to win. Entries will be judged by the Awards Committee.
Golden Pig – Agent present with the Highest Residential Sale will be awarded.
The Dog – Agent present with the Lowest Residential Sale will be awarded.
