The EBOR Board of Directors has appointed Tammy Kissing to the RMLS Alliance Council at their regular board meeting on Dec. 9, 2021.
The MLS Council represents members of EBOR on the Regional MLS Alliance, LLC., reviewing and recommending programing changes to the entire RMLSA Council, which is composed of appointed MLS council members from all four associations that make up the Regional MLS Alliance, LLC.
Per the EBOR Policies and Procedures, the MLS Council consists of three (3) members appointed to staggered 1, 2, and 3 year terms by the President subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
Kissing will replace Teresa Camarato, whose 3-year term ends Dec. 31, 2021. Prior to being appointed to the RMLSA Council, Camarato served on the MLS Task Force. She also volunteered her time to help train EBOR members to use the new multiple listing service.
“Teresa has been there from the beginning, before RMLSA went live” EBOR AE Charay Palmer said. “Her service is greatly appreciated.”
Kissing’s term will begin Jan. 2, 2022.
Kissing has been very active in the association, serving on several EBOR committees over the past few years. She is currently serving on three committees in addition to being appointed to the RMLS Council, the Ed/Tech Committee, Awards Committee, and the Diversity Committee. Kissing is a broker at All In One Real Estate in Marion.
